Outdoor Instructor Apprentice is an intensive professional development program designed for people who aspire to build a meaningful career in Outdoor & Experiential Education.
Through 15 weeks of immersive learning, field practice and mentorship, you will develop the knowledge, technical skills and leadership mindset required to lead safe, impactful and memorable outdoor learning experiences.

This is a selection experience.
Before joining the Apprentice Program, every applicant participates in a 2-Day, 1-Night assessment designed to evaluate readiness for professional outdoor education.
