Summer camp Director

The Camp Director is responsible for the overall leadership, safety, quality, and operations of The Mountain Tribe’s Summer Camp 2026. This role oversees program delivery, staff management, risk management, communication with parents, and coordination between two basecamps.
Outdoor Instructor Apprentice (OIA)

The Outdoor Instructor Apprentice Program – Batch 01 is a professional development pathway designed to build the next generation of outdoor educators at The Mountain Tribe. Apprentices will undergo a structured 3-month training program based on the TMT Outdoor Training System, followed by field deployment in TMT’s camps, expeditions, and experiential learning programs.
This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about outdoor education, youth development, and adventure leadership, and who wish to pursue a long-term career in the field.
Country Manager

The Country Manager serves as the official representative of The Mountain Tribe in their home country. This role focuses on promoting The Mountain Tribe brand, expanding partnerships, and connecting international schools with high-quality outdoor education and experiential learning programs in Viet Nam.
MEDIA

The Media (Photo / Video) role is responsible for capturing, producing, and post-processing visual content for Summer Camp programs, ensuring all media outputs reflect the experiential education spirit, brand identity, and communication standards of The Mountain Tribe.
LOGISTIC SUPPORTER

The Logistic Supporter is responsible for assisting camp operations and logistics, ensuring that facilities, equipment, accommodation, meals, transportation, and daily operational needs are properly prepared, maintained, and delivered in a safe and timely manner.
