📝 Travel Notes & Tips

• 📍 Location: About 75 km from central Ho Chi Minh City
• 🌳 Access: Last 6 km is a bumpy jungle trail — part of the adventure!
• 🛵 Recommended vehicles: Motorbikes, private cars, or minibuses up to 16 seats
• 🚫 Not recommended: Large buses (29–45 seats) due to narrow forest roads
• 📶 Network: Limited connection in the jungle; medium 4G coverage at Basecamp. We suggest using a Viettel SIM card for better 4G coverage at and around the Basecamp.
• 🌲 Safety reminder: Drive slowly and carefully; be mindful of low branches or falling trees

Facilities at the Basecamp (Off-Grid)

Basecamp Rules

1. Register and Sign Waiver
   All guests must complete the registration form and sign the liability & safety waiver. Guests under 18 need written parental/guardian consent and must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Wear PFD at All Times
   A personal flotation device (PFD/life jacket) is mandatory for kayaking, SUP, bamboo rafting, or any water activities. Always bring a rescue whistle and keep your phone in a waterproof pouch.
3. No Alcohol Before or During Water Activities
   Drinking alcohol before or during any water activity is strictly prohibited to ensure everyone’s safety.
4. Fires Only in Designated Areas
   Campfires and BBQs are only permitted in approved spots. Never leave a fire unattended.
5. Respect Quiet Hours and Noise Limits
   Keep noise levels under 70 dB. Reduce volume between 22:00–07:00. Vehicles with loud engines or excessive smoke are not allowed inside the camp.
6. Protect the Environment
   Do not litter, cut trees, hunt, or harm wildlife. Use biodegradable soaps and shampoos to help keep the lake clean.
7. Pets Welcome with Conditions
   Pets must be fully vaccinated, kept on a leash (max 1.8 m), and never left unattended. Owners must clean up after their pets. Aggressive animals may be asked to leave.
8. Electricity Usage
   Extra charge: 300,000 VND per 500Wh Power Station; 250,000 VND per 300Wh Power Station. Allowed uses: small fans, lights, phone/laptop charging, and small radios.
9. Respect Facilities and Equipment
   Use camp equipment and shared spaces responsibly. Compensation is required for any lost or damaged items.
10. Clean as You Go
    Keep your area clean and take your trash home with you. Help us protect the natural beauty of the Basecamp.
11. No refunds will be issued, and all services will be immediately terminated if:

• No personal flotation devices (PFDs/life vests) worn during paddle sports activities
• No helmets worn during Jungle Biking and Rope Course activities
• Failure to comply with or violation of our safety rules

Equipment Rental

These prices apply only at the Basecamp. If you wish to rent equipment for another location, a 50% deposit and a transfer fee will be required.

• Basecamp Fee: 100,000 VNĐ per person. This fee covers the campsite, solar electricity, water washing & showering, toiletries, and security.
• Environment and Service Fee: 8%. This charge is for trash clean-up and the operational staff who assist during your visit.
