Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Country Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of our outdoor education programs to international schools within the candidate’s home country. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outdoor education and adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote The Mountain Tribe‘s school programs to international schools in your country.
    • Identify and target key decision-makers within international schools, including principals, administrators, and program coordinators.
    • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international schools, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to showcase the benefits of our outdoor education programs.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting:
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and results to the management team.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and materials.
    • Coordinate with the program delivery team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of sold programs.
    • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest offerings and developments in The Mountain Tribe‘s programs.


  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or outdoor education industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Education:
    • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
