Job Overview:
The Mountain Tribe is looking for a creative and innovative Site Attraction Advisor to enhance the appeal of TMT Basecamp. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing physical and digital attractions that make our outdoor education basecamp an engaging and immersive destination. Working both from our Ho Chi Minh City office and on-site at TMT Basecamp, you will create unique experiences and features that captivate visitors, foster outdoor exploration, and support The Mountain Tribe’s mission to offer transformative, nature-based education and adventure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attraction Development: Design, develop, and implement creative physical and digital attractions at TMT Basecamp to enhance the visitor experience and make the site a must-visit destination for outdoor education and adventure.
• Site Enhancement: Collaborate with The Mountain Tribe team to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the basecamp, integrating sustainable and interactive elements that promote environmental awareness, outdoor skills, and adventure-based learning.
• Digital Integration: Develop digital ideas such as interactive apps, virtual tours, or gamified experiences that engage visitors before, during, and after their time at the basecamp.
• Visitor Engagement: Research and propose new ideas to improve visitor engagement, such as eco-friendly installations, adventure challenges, educational exhibits, or outdoor recreational areas.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with construction teams, designers, and digital developers to bring ideas to life.
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends in outdoor attractions, adventure parks, and experiential learning sites. Analyze competitors and successful models to ensure TMT Basecamp remains competitive and innovative.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content (e.g., videos, social media features, and blogs) that promote TMT Basecamp’s unique attractions and features to a wider audience.
• On-Site Coordination: Act as a key advisor on-site at TMT Basecamp, working with teams to ensure attractions are well-maintained, updated, and offer the best possible experience to visitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Outdoor Recreation, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in creating or managing physical attractions, outdoor adventure spaces, or digital experiences.
• Strong creative and design-thinking skills, with the ability to develop engaging physical and digital attractions.
• Experience with digital technology, such as apps, virtual reality, or augmented reality, is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Passion for the outdoors, experiential learning, and nature-based activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and outdoor safety is a bonus.
