Job Overview:
The Mountain Tribe is seeking a proactive and strategic Partnership Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, universities, corporations, and other organizations to promote and expand our outdoor education services and programs. You will play a key role in driving the growth of The Mountain Tribe by building strategic alliances that align with our mission of offering transformative, nature-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with potential partners, including schools, universities, corporations, and community organizations, to collaborate on outdoor education and adventure-based programs.
• Strategic Alliances: Develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance The Mountain Tribe’s program offerings, such as summer camps, team-building activities, leadership training, and environmental education.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, offering tailored outdoor education programs that align with their goals.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts that clearly outline the value and benefits of collaborating with The Mountain Tribe.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with partners on joint events, workshops, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of programs.
• Market Expansion: Assist in expanding The Mountain Tribe’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and geographic areas for growth, both locally and internationally.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for partnership-related inquiries.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations to ensure mutual benefit and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or client relations, preferably in the education or outdoor/adventure industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of outdoor education, experiential learning, and adventure-based programs is a plus.
• Proven ability to create and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse organizations.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in creating partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Passion for outdoor activities, environmental sustainability, and experiential learning.
