The Mountain Tribe — one of Viet Nam’s pioneering providers in Outdoor Education & Experiential Learning — is expanding our outreach across Viet Nam. We are looking for four dynamic Country Representatives to connect our high-quality experiential programs with international schools nationwide.
This role is open to both Vietnamese and expatriates who possess strong relationships within the international education community in Viet Nam.
Role Overview
The Country Representative acts as the key connector between The Mountain Tribe and international schools within their assigned region.
Your mission: Promote meaningful outdoor, cultural, adventure, and experiential programs in Viet Nam and strengthen long-term school partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent The Mountain Tribe to international schools in your region
• Build strategic relationships with school leaders, curriculum heads, and program coordinators
• Promote field trips, expeditions, CAS programs, service learning projects & outdoor education modules
• Arrange hybrid and in-person meetings with school leadership teams
• Support brand representation at education events and community networks
• Work remotely, with periodic team meetings in HCMC or program sites
👥 Who We’re Looking For
• Vietnamese or expatriates currently living in Viet Nam
• Strong network in the international school ecosystem (administrators, service learning, CAS, pastoral, experiential roles)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in outdoor education, experiential learning, or school programs is a plus
• Proactive, professional, culturally competent, and self-driven
