Where are your activities conducted?
We operate in various locations across Viet Nam, tailored to client requests. Our dedicated base, The Mountain Tribe Basecamp, is situated at Trị An Lake, Đồng Nai, approximately 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
Are your programs safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by experienced instructors, and we have robust risk management practices, including emergency backup plans and GPS mapping.
What should I bring to an outdoor activity?
Participants typically need comfortable outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and personal essentials. Specific lists will be provided for each program.
How do I book a program or activity?
You can book directly through our website, via email, or by contacting our office. Custom programs can also be arranged based on group size and requirements.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee. Detailed terms are outlined during booking.
Do you provide equipment for activities?
Yes, we provide all necessary equipment for activities, including kayaks, mountain bikes, and safety gear. Participants only need to bring personal items.
