TMT aims to collect only information reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings, program delivery, participant safety and lawful business operations. We aim to explain why information is needed, protect it appropriately and retain it only for as long as justified.

TMT hướng tới việc chỉ thu thập thông tin cần thiết cho tư vấn, đặt dịch vụ, tổ chức chương trình, an toàn người tham gia và hoạt động hợp pháp. Chúng tôi hướng tới giải thích rõ mục đích, bảo vệ phù hợp và chỉ lưu giữ trong thời gian cần thiết.

This policy applies to the TMT website, contact channels, registration and program operations. Additional notices or agreements may apply to specific activities.

• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and manage bookings.

• Deliver programs, coordinate logistics, communicate with participants and record attendance.
  Tổ chức chương trình, điều phối hậu cần, liên lạc và ghi nhận điểm danh.
• Support health, safety, emergency response and incident follow-up where relevant.
  Hỗ trợ sức khỏe, an toàn, ứng phó khẩn cấp và theo dõi sự cố khi cần.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot and meet applicable legal obligations.

• Send updates or marketing communications where permitted and with separate consent where required.

TMT does not intend to sell personal information. Children’s data should not be used for targeted advertising as a program objective. Any new purpose should be assessed for legality, necessity, transparency and appropriate consent.

TMT không có chủ đích bán thông tin cá nhân. Dữ liệu trẻ em không nên được sử dụng cho quảng cáo nhắm mục tiêu như một mục tiêu chương trình. Mục đích sử dụng mới cần được đánh giá về tính hợp pháp, cần thiết, minh bạch và sự đồng ý phù hợp.

Sharing and international transfersChia sẻ và chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế

Information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorized TMT personnel, a school or group organizer, relevant transport/accommodation/food providers, technology and hosting vendors, insurers or emergency responders where necessary, and public authorities when legally required.

Thông tin có thể được chia sẻ theo nguyên tắc cần biết với nhân sự TMT được ủy quyền, trường học hoặc đơn vị tổ chức, nhà cung cấp vận chuyển/lưu trú/ăn uống liên quan, nhà cung cấp công nghệ và hosting, đơn vị bảo hiểm hoặc lực lượng ứng cứu khi cần, và cơ quan nhà nước khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Some providers may store or process data outside Viet Nam. Where applicable, TMT will assess and follow legal requirements for cross-border data transfers and apply appropriate safeguards.

Một số nhà cung cấp có thể lưu trữ hoặc xử lý dữ liệu ngoài Việt Nam. Khi áp dụng, TMT sẽ đánh giá và thực hiện yêu cầu pháp lý về chuyển dữ liệu xuyên biên giới, đồng thời áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp.

Security, access and retentionBảo mật, truy cập và lưu trữ

TMT aims to apply safeguards proportionate to data sensitivity and risk. Measures may include role-based access, strong authentication, secure devices and accounts, safe transfers, backups, staff guidance, supplier review and incident response. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

TMT hướng tới áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ tương xứng với mức độ nhạy cảm và rủi ro dữ liệu. Biện pháp có thể gồm phân quyền, xác thực mạnh, bảo mật thiết bị và tài khoản, truyền dữ liệu an toàn, sao lưu, hướng dẫn nhân sự, rà soát nhà cung cấp và ứng phó sự cố. Không hệ thống trực tuyến nào có thể bảo đảm tuyệt đối không có rủi ro.

Retention principles / Nguyên tắc lưu giữ

• Keep information only as long as needed for its purpose or legal obligations.
  Chỉ lưu giữ trong thời gian cần thiết cho mục đích hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
• Restrict access to medical, safeguarding and incident records.
  Hạn chế truy cập hồ sơ y tế, bảo vệ người tham gia và sự cố.
• Separate operational records from marketing lists where practical.
  Tách hồ sơ vận hành khỏi danh sách tiếp thị khi khả thi.
• Securely delete, anonymize or destroy information when no longer required, subject to legal obligations.
  Xóa, ẩn danh hoặc hủy an toàn khi không còn cần thiết, có tính đến nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

TMT should publish specific retention periods after mapping records and verifying legal, accounting, insurance and safeguarding requirements.

Children and participants under 18Trẻ em và người tham gia dưới 18 tuổi

TMT works with children and young people in educational and outdoor settings. Their best interests, dignity, privacy and safety take priority. We aim to explain data practices in age-appropriate language and collect only information necessary for participation, safeguarding and program delivery.

TMT làm việc với trẻ em và thanh thiếu niên trong môi trường giáo dục và ngoài trời. Lợi ích tốt nhất, phẩm giá, quyền riêng tư và sự an toàn của các em được ưu tiên. Chúng tôi hướng tới giải thích việc xử lý dữ liệu bằng ngôn ngữ phù hợp độ tuổi và chỉ thu thập thông tin cần thiết cho việc tham gia, bảo vệ và tổ chức chương trình.

Do not post a child’s identifiable details publicly when raising a safeguarding concern. Urgent safety issues should be escalated through the program’s emergency contact. This policy’s contact form is intended for privacy requests, not emergency reporting.

Không đăng công khai thông tin có thể nhận dạng trẻ khi báo cáo vấn đề bảo vệ trẻ em. Tình huống an toàn khẩn cấp cần được báo qua đầu mối khẩn cấp của chương trình. Biểu mẫu liên hệ trong chính sách này dành cho yêu cầu quyền riêng tư, không phải báo cáo khẩn cấp.
